Tehtävä on määräaikainen. Työ alkaa sopimuksen mukaan helmikuun aikana tai viimeistään 1.3.2023 alkaen. Työ päättyy 14.2.2024. Tehtävä täytetään osa-aikaisena (50 %). Työ on pääosin etätyötä, se voi sisältää ilta- ja viikonlopputyötä. Tehtävässä noudatetaan kuukauden koeaikaa.
Tilaa taiteilijuuteen -hanke on Koneen Säätiön rahoittama hanke, jonka Kulttuuria kaikille -palvelu toteuttaa vuosina 2022-2024. Sen tavoitteena on vahvistaa vammaisten ja viittomakielisten taiteilijoiden ammatillisia mahdollisuuksia ja yhdenvertaista asemaa taiteen alalla. Kulttuuriyhdistys Suomen Eucrea ry on pääyhteistyökumppani hankkeessa.
Tehtävä pitää sisällään taiteilijatapaamisten ja työpajojen järjestämistä. Tapaamisten ja työpajojen tavoitteena on luoda mahdollisuuksia vertaistuelle ja taiteilijan ammatissa kehittymiselle. Lisäksi projektikoordinaattorin työhön kuuluu hankkeen kehittämistä, viestintää sekä Kulttuuriyhdistys Eucrea ry:n rahoitushakuihin ja tapahtumien tuotantoon liittyviä tehtäviä. Tarjoamme tehtävään valitulle innostavan ja haastavan työn, jossa on mahdollisuus kehittää ja luoda uutta.
Tehtävä edellyttää soveltuvaa koulutusta ja/tai työkokemusta, taide- ja kulttuurialan hyvää tuntemusta, ymmärrystä taiteilijan ammatista, vammaiskentän tuntemusta ja hyvää verkottuneisuutta. Oma kokemus vammaisuudesta katsotaan eduksi. Tehtävä edellyttää hyviä yhteistyö- ja vuorovaikutustaitoja, aloitekykyä, kykyä järjestelmälliseen, itsenäiseen työskentelyyn sekä kokemusta viestinnästä. Tehtävässä käytetään omaa tietokonetta ja puhelinta. Hakijalta edellytetään hyvää suomen kielen taitoa. Muiden kielten osaaminen katsotaan eduksi.
Olemme syrjinnästä vapaa työpaikka ja pyrimme tarjoamaan yhtäläiset mahdollisuudet kaikille. The Cultural Association Finland’s Eucrea is looking for a project coordinator for the project Making space for artistry – equity of disabled artists and artists who are Sign Language users
The position is temporary. The work will start during February or on March 1st 2023 at the latest, depending on agreement. The work ends on 14th February 2024. The position is filled part-time (50%). The work is mostly remote, it may include evening and weekend work. The position is subject to a one-month trial period.
The Making space for artistry -project is funded by the Kone Foundation and carried out by Culture for All in the years 2022-2024. The aim is to strengthen the professional opportunities and equity of disabled artists and artists who are Sign Language users in the field of art. The Cultural Association Finland’s Eucrea is the main partner in the project.
The work includes organizing artist meetings and workshops. The aim of the meetings and workshops is to create space for peer support and growing in the artist’s profession. In addition, the project coordinator’s work includes project development, communication, and tasks related to Eucrea’s funding applications and event production. We offer the person selected for the position an exciting and challenging job with the opportunity to create and develop new ideas.
The position requires appropriate education and/or work experience, good knowledge of art and culture, understanding of the artist’s profession, knowledge of the disability field and good networks. Personal experience of disability is considered an advantage. The position requires good cooperation and interaction skills, the ability to take initiative and work systematically and independently, and experience in communication. The work is done using the employees own computer and phone. The applicant is required to have good Finnish language skills. Knowledge of other languages is considered an advantage.
