Race Horse Company toteuttaa Tapanilan Sirkussalissa syksyn aikana yleisötyöhankkeen, joka tarjoaa ohjelmaa esikouluikäisistä lukioikäisiin. Tapanilan Sirkussali sijaitsee osoitteessa Hiidenkiventie 21 (Tapanilan Urheilukeskuksen yhteydessä). Hanketta tukee Helsingin kaupunki.

Sirkuslaboratorio
Hanketta jatkaa 12.-15.9. sirkustaiteilija Rauli Dahlbergin ja koreografi Jarkko Mandelin vetämä Sirkuslaboratorio. Kuuden tanssi- ja sirkustaiteilijan työryhmä etsii uusia innovatiivisia näkökulmia, työkaluja ja metodeja kahden eri taiteenlajin kohdatessa. Sirkuslaboratorion avoimia harjoituksia kutsutaan seuramaan yläasteen ja toisen asteen opiskelijaryhmiä.

The Circus Laboratory will take place from 12 to 15 September 2022 at Tapanilan Sirkussali, Hiidenkiventie 21, Helsinki. Dancers and circus artists focus on group and equipment work of acrobatic movement, especially with the acrobatics ball. The instructors of the laboratory are Race Horse Company’s artistic director and circus artist Rauli Dahlberg and Jarkko Mandelin, the artistic director and choreographer of contemporary dance group Kinetic Orchestra.
Student groups from middle schools and secondary education are invited to watch the work of the Circus Laboratory as part of the company’s audience development program.
