Two receptionists at the Star Hotel are expecting a busy day. Their greatest ambition is to provide perfect customer service. And what matters most to them is to show how professional they are – beginning with their exceptionally qualified smile. Two Finnish clowns Inga Björn and Kristiina Tammisalo have worked this subject matter into a colorful comedy that reliably entertains viewers of all ages. Even though hotels are typically full of many languages, at this reception desk one language suffices – the language of the body. That’s because body language overcomes all language barriers and raises the performance to the level of a five-star hotel.
