Applications are now open for the 40th Festival Mondial du Cirque de Demain, that takes place in Paris from 31 Jan to 3 Feb 2019.
The competition is open to artists of more than 16 years of age and less than 25 years of age (less than 30 years of age for clowns).
Some artists who are over the age limit may be accepted by the organisers. The reasons for such acceptance should be made known to the Jury as soon as it meets and may be as follows :
– when an artist started training late.
– when an artist has a unique act, which demands a long period of preparation.
– For carriers.
The artists of less than 16 years can exceptionally take part in the Festival insofar as they form an integral part of a number including/understanding several artists whose majority answers the criteria of admissions.
Send your application along with a link to the video of your act, which should be as close to the final version that you wish to submit at the Festival as possible. Deadline for submission: 15 October 2018
